Charlotte and Sam hosted a beautiful international wedding photographed in France at Castelnau Des Fieumarcon. This fortified village during a very warm August is an amazing venue. It was a very hot day with a truly international guest list with people from 32 different nations. Charlotte the bride, wore a white dress with flowers in her hair. Sam looked sharp as he always does in a tuxedo.
There was bright sunshine, lots of amazing champagne and incredible food. This was a three day wedding celebration in southern France. It had a great sense of occasion, mixed with a lot of fun.
The actual ceremony took place in the afternoon on a gorgeous August day, outside under an arch of flowers. The couple made personal wedding vows in a civil ceremony, that made everyone laugh. A few shed a tear.
This was a little nerve wracking because the groom, Sam is an excellent (and Royal) photographer too. I used my keen eye and wealth of experience in press photography to capture the key moments in this wonderful day.
